CEO Perspectives is a unique leadership experience for corporate executives reporting to the CEOs of Fortune 500 and select growth companies. It is offered through a partnership among Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Corporate Leadership Center, and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

The program focuses on active engagement, cutting-edge thinking, and practical, relevant advice. Participants are not only encouraged, but expected, to be an integral part of each other's learning experience. Thus, participants, CEOs, and academics serve as co-creators of knowledge, insight, and action.

An Integrated Solution

Six, two-day program modules are delivered by a team of world-class academics from Kellogg and Chicago Booth, together with two dozen CEO speakers from leading global companies, interacting with program participants.

Every element of the program itself is distinctive. The academics introduce business frameworks, CEOs share candid perspective, and participants share their own experiences and insights.
